2NE1 Set to Reunite as Complete Group at Waterbomb Bali 2025

The iconic K-pop girl group 2NE1 is set to reunite for a full group performance at ‘WATERBOMB BALI 2025,’ taking place this September 6th and 7th in Bali, Indonesia. The announcement came directly from festival organizer WAAO on July 2nd KST, confirming that fans will get to see the entire lineup share the stage once again.

The return of 2NE1 to a live stage hasn’t happened by chance. WAAO made it clear that this special moment is thanks to the huge demand from BLACKJACKs, 2NE1’s devoted fandom.

But the excitement doesn’t stop with the music. The CEO of WAAO, Jae Hyun Park, revealed that WATERBOMB BALI 2025 is shaping up to be more than just a festival. Top Korean brands from beauty, fashion, food and beverage, and healthcare will participate, making it a broad cultural experience. They’re also launching something called the ‘K-City Project,’ which aims to infuse the entire Bali area—including airports, hotels, shopping centers, and city advertisements—with K-pop-related content.

"This edition of WATERBOMB BALI goes beyond a music event. Leading K-brands—spanning beauty, fashion, F&B, and healthcare—will join the festival, and we are simultaneously launching the ‘K-City Project,’ which will fill all of Bali—from the airport to hotels, shopping malls, and city ads—with K-pop content."

For longtime fans of 2NE1, this reunion offers a rare and emotional chance to see the group perform live again in its entirety. Given the group’s massive influence on K-pop and global music, their appearance at such a large-scale festival promises to be an unforgettable highlight. WATERBOMB BALI 2025 aims not just to entertain but to shine a spotlight on Korean culture in a vibrant, immersive way throughout the island.
