EXO’s Kai recently shared a funny story about being unrecognized in public—yet still getting approached.

Kai revealed on a talk show that he went to an amusement park with a friend, fully disguised with a hat and mask. While walking around, he noticed two female students following him. Thinking they had recognized him, Kai tried to escape into an alley.

The situation took a surprising turn when the girls followed him into the alley—not because they knew him, but to ask for his number.

“They asked for my number, so I took off my hat and mask. As they looked at my face, they were like, ‘so we can’t have your number?’ Then they were like, ‘then give us your Instagram at least.’ So I showed them my official page and said ‘I’m Kai.’”
