Korean Music Label Singing Beetle Unveils Debut Single Album Tracklist for K-Pop Boy Group 1VERSE

K-pop’s newest boy group 1VERSE is gearing up for their official debut with their first single album, The 1st Verse, dropping on July 18, 2025. The label behind them, Singing Beetle, just revealed the full tracklist, which packs a punch with three exciting tracks that highlight the group’s own creative input alongside some of the industry’s top producers.

The album kicks off with “Multiverse,” an inspiring and heartfelt pre-debut single that’s a thank you to their fans, the 5TARZ. This track is significant as it’s the first song 1VERSE recorded together as a full group. Member HYUK co-produced the song with big-name collaborators dr.ahn, Secret Weapon, Shorelle, and Justin Starling—producers who have worked with huge acts like BTS, TWICE, SEVENTEEN, and NCT. On top of that, the choreography was crafted by member AITO, really making this track a group effort.

Following that, the album features the standout title track “Shattered,” presented in both Korean and English versions. This song takes on a more intense, raw vibe compared to “Multiverse,” showing off 1VERSE’s ability to express deeper emotions. Both KENNY and HYUK participated in writing and composing “Shattered,” working with hitmakers Adrian McKinnon, LAS, dr.ahn, and Secret Weapon. The choreography for this powerful tune was co-created by renowned choreographer Michael Le, known for working with Jason Derulo, Big Sean, and ENHYPEN, alongside AITO.

What makes 1VERSE even more eye-catching is its unique lineup of five members from Korea, the United States, and Japan: HYUK, SEOK, NATHAN, KENNY, and AITO. A notable fact is that HYUK and SEOK are the first North Korean defectors ever to debut as K-pop idols, which adds a meaningful dimension to the group’s identity. Meanwhile, NATHAN and KENNY represent the U.S., and AITO brings in Japanese flavor.
