BLACKPINK’s Jisoo Reportedly Overlooked by Korean Media in Favor of BTS’s Jimin in Viral Video
BLACKPINK’s Jisoo is facing backlash after returning from Paris Fashion Week.
The controversy began at Incheon Airport where media coverage showed clear differences in how reporters treated Jisoo compared to BTS’s Jimin.
Jisoo, who attended DIOR’s show at Paris Fashion Week, was caught on Dispatch’s livestream walking past the camera and greeting the streamer briefly before moving on.
Soon after, Jimin arrived and was heavily followed by the media, who engaged with him more actively.
On YouTube, multiple videos of Jimin’s airport arrival flooded in, but only one showed Jisoo’s entire return.
Fans noticed the lack of media attention on Jisoo compared to Jimin, and an edited clip was shared on X that highlighted this difference. The clip quickly stirred debate online.
Many harsh comments surfaced, dragging Jisoo for her styling and public presence.
