BLACKPINK’s Jisoo is making headlines for buying a crazy-expensive luxury home.

She purchased a unit at L’ARBRE 27, a super exclusive residential complex with only 27 units. The place is still under construction but promises high-end living with two buildings that go five floors underground and seven floors above.

The penthouses go for ₩45 billion KRW (about $31.6 million USD). Regular units start at ₩20 billion KRW ($14 million USD). Jisoo isn’t the only big name moving in — Bang Si Hyuk is set to join the community too.
