BTS Members’ Previous Actions Criticized Following Recent Brand Live Broadcast Controversy

BTS is facing backlash after fans went on a harassment spree during a brand’s live stream.

The controversy began when Somethinc hosted a live stream. The host started receiving hate from viewers, apparently tied to past issues with the brand—though nothing to do with the host personally. The host was visibly shaken, even saying on stream,

At first, the hate was pinned on ARMYs being toxic. But soon after, netizens turned the heat on BTS themselves. Old clips resurfaced, accusing BTS members of having “bad personalities.” One clip showed the group on James Corden where critics claimed BTS supported ARMYs who sent threats.
