BTS “Low” Concert Ticket Sales Trigger Surprising Backlash

BTS is facing controversy over their world tour ticket sales.

The group announced their highly anticipated comeback and world tour with multiple stops worldwide. Pre-sales began January 22, and several dates are already sold out, forcing HYBE to add more shows.

Some U.S. cities are selling fewer tickets than expected. El Paso, Texas, and Foxborough, Massachusetts still have many unsold seats during pre-sale. This is unusual compared to other locations where tickets sold quickly.

Fans quickly reacted— not angry about unsold tickets— but upset over the limited dates in certain regions. Many believe other cities deserved more shows.
