aespa’s Winter is facing controversy again over her rumored couple tattoo with BTS’ Jungkook.

The drama started last year when dating rumors between Jungkook and Winter exploded online. Fans pointed to the supposed matching tattoos as “proof.” Since then, the tattoo has been under heavy scrutiny.

Now Winter’s tattoo is back in the spotlight after aespa’s February 7 performance during their SYNK: aeXIS LINE world tour in Hong Kong.

Fansites shared new photos of Winter from the show. At first, nothing seemed off.

But eagle-eyed fans noticed a bandaid covering Winter’s upper arm — right where the couple tattoo is rumored to be.

The bandage sparked backlash. Some fans think Winter is trying to hide the tattoo permanently.
