Breakout Actor from “Undercover Miss Hong” Reveals He Was Fully Naked During Casting

Cho Han Gyul reveals bizarre casting offer he got while completely naked at a sauna.

The rising actor, known for his role as Albert Oh in Undercover Miss Hong, shared this wild story on Hong Seok Cheon’s YouTube show Treasure Box.

Cho Han Gyul said he was relaxing in a sauna when he noticed a man staring at him. When he went to get dressed, the man approached him and introduced himself as someone from an entertainment company.

“I really love saunas—I go about five or six times a week. One time, I was in the bath with a friend when I felt someone staring at me. The person was looking at me so openly that I wondered why. I went out to get dressed, and just as I was about to put on my clothes, a man said, ‘Excuse me.’”

The actor told the man he already had an agency but was caught off guard because he was still naked at the time.

“He said he was from an entertainment company, so I told him I already have an agency. But at that moment… I was naked.”

His unusual “nude casting” story had everyone laughing during the show.

Cho Han Gyul is 181 cm tall and was a baseball player until his second year of high school. His athletic build and impressive physique likely caught the man’s attention.

“People expected me to be around 170 cm. My father fed me a lot, so I grew tall.”
“I was a baseball player from elementary school until the second year of high school.”
