I-Dle’s Miyeon Purchases Luxury Apartment Worth 5 Billion Won With Cash

Miyeon of (G)I-DLE just made a big property move.

The singer bought a luxury residential unit in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, sparking talk among fans and netizens.

According to Herald Economy on the 20th, Miyeon signed the contract on February 3rd for a 135㎡ unit on the 17th floor of Yongsan Central Park. The price? ₩5.05 billion KRW (about $3.48 million USD).

She paid the full amount in cash, completing the ownership transfer on February 12th. No mortgage was recorded, meaning she didn’t take a loan at all.

Yongsan Central Park finished in 2017 and includes apartments, officetels, and commercial spaces. It’s right by Yongsan Station with subway lines 1 and 4, plus KTX access. The complex boasts views of the Han River and Yongsan Park.

This unit is in a prime location and one of the most expensive residential properties in the area.
