Seo In Guk Wore Makeup on His Red Ears While Kissing BLACKPINK’s Jisoo
Seo In Guk opens up about the intense kiss scene with BLACKPINK’s Jisoo in Boyfriend On Demand.
In a recent interview with ELLE Korea shared on their YouTube channel, Seo In Guk revealed behind-the-scenes details about filming the much-talked-about kiss scene.
He explained the emotional significance of the moment:
“Jisoo talked about this, too, but there is a moment when the characters reach a kind of awakening, finally deciding to do what their hearts desire.”
Seo In Guk described the kiss as:
“Felt incredibly heart-fluttering and meaningful.”
But the real challenge wasn’t the passion—it was the freezing cold on set.
Seo In Guk shared how harsh the conditions were during the shoot:
“Out of all the scenes we filmed, the most difficult was definitely the kiss scene where the two finally confirm their feelings for each other…
If you watch closely, you’ll see that my hands weren’t just red—they were almost purple. It was so cold that even my ears turned bright red, and we had to use makeup to cover them up while filming!”
He added:
“My face was completely frozen, to the point that I don’t even remember how I managed to deliver my lines.”
Despite the cold, Seo In Guk and Jisoo’s acting and makeup made the couple’s snowy “first kiss” look magical on screen.
