Park Hae Soo is best known for his role as Cho Sang Woo, aka Player 218, in the first season of Squid Game. But he’s been acting for nearly 20 years, with appearances dating back to The Legend of the Blue Sea, where netizens also commented on his forehead and hairline.

Recent pictures reveal a much denser and even hairline, leading to widespread speculation about hair restoration procedures.

Netizens quickly came to his defense against negative comments. They noted how different he looks but praised the new look.

“He did such a great job. He probably would’ve become famous anyway because he’s a good actor, but this definitely helped him get a wider variety of roles.”

“I remember his forehead already looked pretty wide back during The Legend of the Blue Sea too. After that, I honestly thought he was a completely different person lol.”

“He really does look like a different person. But it turned out well.”

“Wow… he looks completely different.”

Hair loss is common, affecting about 85% of men by age 50. Hair transplants are widely done, with around 3.4 million procedures each year worldwide.
