LE SSERAFIM’s Yunjin is facing heavy criticism after her recent interview about wanting to change the K-Pop industry.

“Change doesn’t have to be revolutionary, you are your most authentic self. You express the things that you feel and if one person resonates with it, I think that counts as change. It doesn’t have to be a huge wave.”

Soon after, fans online accused her of “selling out” and watering down her original goal to change the industry. This backlash exploded after a viral post highlighted her shift from saying she wanted to change the idol industry to downplaying the scale of that change.
