ADOR to hold first Korea boy group audition across seven cities in August

ADOR is holding its first standalone audition in Korea, “ADOR BOYS AUDITION in KOREA”, across seven cities in August.

The agency behind NewJeans and a HYBE Music Group label announced the audition on July 24 through its official social media channels. ADOR also released a poster with the audition name, schedule, and eligibility details.

“ADOR BOYS AUDITION in KOREA” will start in Seoul on August 1 before moving across the country. The schedule continues in Gwangju on August 2, Jeju on August 12, Daejeon on August 14, Wonju on August 16, Daegu on August 29, and Busan on August 30.

Any male applicant born in 2007 or later can apply. For young hopefuls, ADOR will offer an in-person evaluation with judges to every applicant who completes online pre-registration.

The label encouraged students on school break to take part.

ADOR said:

“We ask for much interest from students during the vacation period. Anyone who wants to show their strengths and talents can knock on the audition door without pressure.”

With seven stops planned in August, the audition brings ADOR‘s search beyond the capital and into multiple regions. The poster announcement currently centers on the schedule, eligibility, and online pre-registration process for the domestic audition.
