KISS OF LIFE reveal “SWEAT EQUITY” video previewing third single “SWEAT”
KISS OF LIFE released a new “SWEAT EQUITY” video previewing the concept behind their third single “SWEAT”.
The group—Julie, Natty, Belle, and Haneul—put the clip out on their official channels at midnight on July 27, 2026.
Instead of a short teaser, the video concentrates on the behind-the-scenes work that leads up to a comeback. Scenes in recording studios and practice rooms follow the members as they prepare for the release, showing effort, sweat, and tears and focusing on the process behind the performance.
Growth is visualized through a plant sprouting from a seed. The sequence continues with a flowerpot moved into sunlight after the rain clears, suggesting development after steady effort.

The “SWEAT EQUITY” preview arrives after KISS OF LIFE’s appearance at ‘ACON 2026’ at Taipei NTSU Arena on July 25, 2026, where they performed “Igloo” and “Sticky” and also staged a cover of BIGBANG’s hit “BAE BAE”.
