BLACKPINK Jennie’s Earnings After Leaving YG Entertainment Spark Shock Among Fans

BLACKPINK’s Jennie is proving that going independent was a game-changer.
After leaving YG Entertainment, Jennie launched her own agency, OA Entertainment (Odd Atelier), in November 2023. She owns 100% of the company, with her mother acting as CEO.
In just two years, Jennie has earned ₩23.8 billion KRW (about $16.3 million USD) in settlement payments alone. She received ₩14.3 billion KRW (about $9.78 million USD) in 2024 and ₩9.50 billion KRW (about $6.50 million USD) in 2025.
OA Entertainment’s revenue hit ₩18.9 billion KRW (about $12.9 million USD) in its first full year and grew 26% to ₩23.8 billion KRW (about $16.3 million USD) last year.
Operating profit dropped 33%, but that’s due to timing issues. Jennie personally loaned the company ₩2.86 billion KRW (about $1.96 million USD) to cover the gap between expenses and payments.
Congratulations to Jennie on her impressive success!
