BTS Concert Audience Age and Gender Breakdown Draws Attention

BTS‘s fan demographics for their upcoming “Arirang” World Tour in Goyang are raising eyebrows.
The tour kicks off April 2026 in Goyang, South Korea, before hitting global stops through the year. All three shows in Goyang sold out fast, proving BTS’s pull is still huge after their military hiatus.
Check the gender split: 93% of ticket buyers are women, only 7% men. Age-wise, fans in their 20s, 30s, and 40s each make up about 26-27% of buyers. Another 12.7% are in their 50s, and teens only 4.9%.

The reaction online is mixed but some fans back the results:
“They’re national singers and national representatives, so of course lol.”

“They really are national singers.”

“Oh, BTS really does have a well-balanced distribution across all age groups, as expected.”

BTS’s massive and mostly female fanbase remains a hot topic as their comeback draws closer. The data from the Arirang tour just adds fuel to ongoing discussions.
