BTS’s Jimin Proves US Popularity as Solo Exhibition Tops Best-Seller Chart

Jimin of BTS is drawing major attention as his upcoming solo exhibition has topped a best-seller chart in the United States.

The exhibition, officially titled ‘Jimin Exhibition “The Truth Untold: Unspoken Truth”,’ looks back at the singer’s first solo album “FACE” and also previews his upcoming second album, “MUSE”.

Fans in New York can experience the exhibit from May 31 to June 29.

Ahead of its opening, ticket reservations went live on the global entertainment platform Fever.

Impressively, the exhibition hit No. 1 on Fever’s New York Best Sellers list starting May 1 (KST).

It held onto that top spot for four consecutive days, through May 4, showcasing strong anticipation.

Media outlet SKPopCulture quickly reported on the achievement, calling the K-pop star “The King of Jimerica” – a nickname highlighting his massive popularity in the U.S., even without specific local promotions.

Jimin’s influence in the U.S. isn’t new; he previously became the first Korean solo artist ever to top the Billboard Hot 100 chart with his hit track “Like Crazy”.

His song “Who” also set records, charting for 33 weeks – the longest run for a K-pop song by a Korean soloist without any featured artists.

Further cementing his status, Jimin won ‘K-Pop Song of the Year’ for “Who” at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards back in March and is also nominated for ‘Favorite K-Pop Artist’ at the upcoming American Music Awards (AMAs).
