BTS’s V Inspires Fans with Meaningful Bracelet

BTS’s V recently touched fans’ hearts again, this time through a simple accessory seen in a workout photo.

On May 3rd, bodybuilder Choi Han Jin shared an Instagram picture featuring V, but it was a red bracelet on the singer’s wrist, not just his physique, that caught everyone’s eye.

It turns out the bracelet is a special item given to regular donors of the international NGO ‘Save the Children’.

According to the organization, the red color represents a “shared heart connected to children all over the world,” making V’s accessory a quiet nod to his compassion.

Once ARMY discovered the bracelet’s meaning, many were inspired to follow suit, sharing messages like “I registered as a regular donor thanks to V” online and using hashtags such as #DonatedThanksToV.

This isn’t the first time the K-pop star has shown his generous side through his accessories.

Since 2017, he’s often worn bracelets from a UNICEF and Louis Vuitton campaign, where proceeds help children in Syria and nearby regions.

More recently, this past March, V donated 200 million KRW (about $150,000 USD) to aid wildfire recovery efforts.

He also added that thinking about fellow soldiers whose families might be affected made the cause feel even more personal.

V is scheduled to complete his military service on June 10th, and fans are excited not just for his music, but also to see his continued positive influence.
