Byeon Woo Seok shocks fans with ghost sighting confession from childhood

Actor Byeon Woo Seok revealed a scary ghost encounter he had as a kid during a recent YouTube chat. The story came up on the “The Housewarming is Just an Excuse｜EP.110” video posted on the DdeunDdeun channel on the 30th.

The episode featured Lee Kwang Soo, Byeon Woo Seok, and Ji Ye Eun, all guests from Jae-seok’s B&B Rules!. The topic of horror movies led to some chilling personal tales.

Ji Ye Eun mentioned her school was the filming location for Whispering Corridors. Yoo Jae Suk jumped in to say,

“When Whispering Corridors was released, I actually fainted while watching it in the theater.”

Then the focus shifted to Byeon Woo Seok, who claimed,

“I’m not afraid of ghosts,”

but admitted to seeing a ghost during his childhood.

Byeon Woo Seok:
“When I was young, I was going to a friend’s house up a hill. I was coming up from below, and the ghost was coming down. People don’t just look straight ahead; they also see around, right? I glanced briefly as I passed by, and it was looking at me too. What I saw was a person whose body was still but whose head was turned backward. I don’t remember the exact face.”

He added,

“I was so scared that I ran away.”

Lee Kwang Soo shot back,

“Then you ran because you were scared.”

which sparked laughs. Byeon Woo Seok clarified,

“Back then I was a child, but now (in the videos) since ghosts seem like they’re in pain, they seem too human. When I see them in videos, ghosts don’t scare me.”

Lee Kwang Soo also shared his own horror story about sleep paralysis ghosts and eventually moving out of a haunted duplex house.

This ghost talk got fans buzzing about their own scary experiences and shows the cast isn’t shy about spilling spooky stories.
