EXO Baekhyun’s Company Faces Massive Backlash After Employee Call-Out

MC Mong is facing backlash after announcing a live stream where he plans to clear up misunderstandings about himself and expose other celebrities involved in illegal activities.
The controversy began when MC Mong revealed during the live stream that members of a gambling ring included well-known veteran celebrities. He also shaded THE BOYZ and mentioned one celebrity who had been in a relationship with Cha Ga Won for five years.
Soon after, MC Mong disclosed that Cha Ga Won’s uncle tried to lure EXO’s Baekhyun into the gambling scene by inviting him on a trip to Las Vegas.
As the situation unfolded, an employee of INB100, the company founded by Baekhyun and a subsidiary under One Hundred, spoke out on social media about severe financial issues within the company.
“I don’t understand what you mean by all employees being the same. We haven’t received our salaries, severance pay, or annual leave allowances, and even our 401K insurance and National pension are overdue. And yet you are asking why the employees are leaving…LOL.
With vendor settlements delayed for a year, the working staff is stuck in the middle, suffering, and their professional networks are ruined. Who would stay?
Everyone just held on until now for the sake of the artist.
Even though the registered CEO has changed several times, the person managing the company’s finances has remained the same throughout. It is none of my business whether they gambled or embezzled funds, or where the advance payments were spent. The person in charge, should pay the money that they owe, whether they are an employee, an artist, or a business partner. Give us our money.”

Fans quickly reacted online, expressing sympathy for the employees caught in the turmoil.
- “I feel so bad for the employees…they thought about the artists and tried their best to be responsible by staying.”
- “Seeing that they stayed because of the artist probably means the artists treated them well…I feel bad for the employees.”
- “Are they a former employee? People at that company also didn’t receive their money?”
- “Artists aside, for most employees, their livelihoods are at stake.”
- “I heard an employee at BPM posted something similar…I guess they are all in similar situations.”
The employee’s statement has intensified scrutiny on INB100’s management and raised concerns about the welfare of staff amid the ongoing controversy surrounding MC Mong’s allegations.
