Famous Actor Concludes Second Divorce Following Turbulent, Controversial Two-Year Separation
Lee Beom Soo has finalized his divorce from former interpreter Lee Yoon Jin after nearly two years of messy proceedings.
The actor’s agency, Y One Entertainment, confirmed the split on February 6, 2026 (KST). They said the divorce was mutual and addressed rumors that surfaced during the process.

Lee Yoon Jin also posted a handwritten letter on Instagram to confirm the divorce after about 15 years of marriage.
“After approximately 15 years of marriage, Lee Beom Soo and I have concluded our marriage through a mutual divorce following an amicable agreement.”
“We have resolved our misunderstandings and agreed to respect and support each other in our respective roles as parents. I ask for your warm support for actor Lee Beom Soo’s future endeavors.”

The couple married in 2010 and share two children. They previously appeared on KBS’s The Return of Superman, showing their family life.
The divorce process was rocky. In March 2024, Lee Yoon Jin revealed they were in divorce mediation. Afterwards, she aired struggles on social media citing financial issues, conflicts with Lee’s mother, and Lee avoiding agreed separation terms. This exposed a deep rift between them.
During the lawsuit, Lee Yoon Jin appeared on TV Chosun’s Now I’m Alone. She tearfully said she could not see her son because she lacked visitation rights. Her daughter lives with her.
