Famous Actor Reveals New Routine Following Agency Closure

Song Il Kook opened up about why he’s been using public transportation and walking a lot these days.

The actor revealed on MBN’s Kim Joo Ha’s Day & Night that his agency went under. That’s why he’s ditching luxury cars for what he calls the “B.M.W” – which stands for Bus, Metro, Walk.

Host Kim Joo Ha mentioned he arrived on foot carrying a backpack before the interview. Song Il Kook’s reply stunned everyone.

He joked about everyday riding his B.M.W instead of a luxury car brand.

Despite being famous and tall, he said people rarely recognize him on the subway. He only gets noticed once every 30 or 40 rides.

“I mostly take the subway, but people recognizing me happen maybe once every 30 or 40 rides.
Until very recently, I had gained a lot of weight. Back then, even when I walked around without a mask, people didn’t recognize me. But now that I’ve lost some weight, some people recognize me even when I’m wearing a mask.”
