G-Dragon’s ‘Media Exhibition: Übermensch’ Expands Globally with AI and VR Experiences

G-Dragon Launches Global Media Exhibition Tour: ‘G-DRAGON MEDIA EXHIBITION: Übermensch’

G-Dragon is set to debut his first global media exhibition tour titled ‘G-DRAGON MEDIA EXHIBITION: Übermensch.’ Produced in collaboration with CreativeMUT and Galaxy Corporation, the tour begins in Shanghai, China, on May 30 and runs until June 22. This marks a significant milestone as it is the first K-pop media exhibition of its scale to be held globally.

The exhibition will take place at Qiantan Taikoo Li, a prominent shopping center in Shanghai’s business district, covering both the 1st and 4th floors. The venue, popular among Millennials and Gen Z, is considerably larger than ‘The Hyundai Seoul,’ where the exhibition first premiered in March, attracting over 55,000 visitors in just ten days.

The theme of “Übermensch,” inspired by G-Dragon’s upcoming third full-length album, will be vividly represented through advanced digital media art. Attendees can expect a multi-sensory experience featuring AI, holograms, VR, and CG created using Unreal Engine. Notable highlights include a “concert in front of your eyes” through holograms and simulated meet-and-greet experiences with G-Dragon via VR.

Fans will also see the return of the 7-meter-tall giant daisy, a signature symbol of G-Dragon, which captivated attendees in Seoul. Ticket reservations for the Shanghai exhibition will open on May 25 at 2 PM KST through Alipay, Douyin, and other official platforms.

More details regarding the global tour, including upcoming cities and dates, will be shared through the exhibition’s official social media channels.
