Galaxy Corporation Refutes Dating Rumors Between G-Dragon and Sana
G-Dragon has officially addressed the dating rumors linking him to TWICE’s Sana, putting an end to the speculation that has circulated in recent weeks. On June 2, Galaxy Corporation, his agency, released a statement aimed at clarifying misunderstandings related to the romantic gossip.
The buzz started after G-Dragon attended Coldplay’s concert at the Goyang Sports Complex on April 22. Following the concert, he uploaded a social media post that included a tag of Sana, who had performed as a special guest during the event. This tag, however, was promptly deleted, leading to heightened intrigue online.
In their statement, the agency clarified,
“G-Dragon participated in the filming of the YouTube web variety show ‘Dex and Sana’s Fridge Interview’ on April 14,”
adding,
“The tag was merely a friendly gesture following the shoot.”
They emphasized that aside from their collaboration on the show, there has been no further contact or romantic involvement between the two artists.
Addressing the delayed response to the rumors, the agency explained,
“Since the episode hadn’t been announced yet, we couldn’t immediately deny the rumors due to concerns about spoiling the show.”
Fans anticipating more from G-Dragon can look forward to his appearance on the upcoming episode of Fridge Interview, which airs on YouTube on June 5 at 7 p.m. KST. A preview, showcasing the chemistry between co-hosts Dex and Sana, was already released on May 30, stirring up excitement among viewers.
