HYBE Girl Groups Allegedly Fabricate Their Relationships
LE SSERAFIM and ILLIT are caught in a messy controversy after a recent meet-up video between the two HYBE girl groups went viral.
The drama started when LE SSERAFIM surprised ILLIT during their practice session with a cake. ILLIT was rehearsing a cover of LE SSERAFIM’s hit “Perfect Night” at the time. The video shows ILLIT members screaming and jumping in excitement when LE SSERAFIM arrived.

Soon after, netizens exploded with criticism. Many accused the reaction and interaction of being overdramatic or staged. Some claimed the “surprise” was scripted and criticized HYBE for pushing a forced “family” image between their groups.
