Hyun Bin shocked fans by sharing how he started acting — and it all came down to a deal with his dad.

On Jung Jae Hyung’s YouTube channel, Hyun Bin revealed his father was totally against his acting dream.

But they made a deal: if Hyun Bin got into Joongang University’s Department of Theater and Film, his dad would stop opposing his acting career. If he failed, acting was off the table forever.

He passed the test.
