Sorry Lately, I feel like I’ve really lost my mind / I feel mentally out of it for real.

But since it became the afternoon today, I feel like my mind is slowly coming back together.

Hehe..

It feels like my mind and my body are separate…? In my head it’s like: ‘I have to do this, I have to do that, I should contact MIDZY, I should upload on Instagram, I should clean…’ My head is going crazy with things I need to do, and I’ve written so many things on my to-do list, but my physical energy is completely drained.

The post triggered a mix of reactions.

Some fans used it as ammo for toxic fan wars. Others called out the hate and praised Lia for speaking openly about exhaustion as an idol.

some kpop stans in the quotes making fun of her?? lia opening up about how exhausting it is to be an kpop artist, could literally open so many doors for others to express their feelings. your favs probably feel the same way but can’t speak…

Some of y’all don’t realize how miserably Kpop idols actually live. They can’t eat what they want, take a break when they need or live on their own terms. They’re treated like puppets and yet some people still mock them for finally speaking out about their health.

I’m glad lia’s speaking up her troubles 🙁 i feel like people are sooooo used to pretending everything is fine and to keep a smile on their face. The fact that Lia has the courage to speak up is very human…i wish people are more open to their struggles AND we as a society

This isn’t the first time Lia has struggled. She went on hiatus in 2023 after JYP Entertainment revealed Lia was dealing with tension and anxiety. She was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder at the time.
