Jin Acquires Third Unit at Hannam The Hill Apartments for Approximately $13 Million USD
BTS Jin just added another property to his real estate collection in one of Seoul’s swankiest neighborhoods. Reports on June 5 KST revealed that he purchased a new unit at Hannam The Hill Apartments, paying the full price of 17.5 billion KRW (around $13 million USD) in cash.
This recent purchase marks Jin’s third unit at the high-end Hannam The Hill, a spot known for its elite residents. Back in 2019, he first bought a 233-square meter apartment for about 4.5 billion KRW (~$3.3 million USD) in July. Just a few months later in November, he picked up another 206-square meter unit for 4.3 billion KRW (~$3.1 million USD).
Because property values in that area have shot up since then, Jin’s initial investments have paid off handsomely. He’s reportedly made more than 10 billion KRW (~$7.36 million USD) in profit from those two apartments purchased in 2019.
Situated in Seoul’s Yongsan-gu district within the upscale Hannam-dong neighborhood, Hannam The Hill Apartments are famous for their luxury and celebrity residents. The list includes well-known stars like Rain, Kim Tae Hee, So Ji Sub, and Han Hyo Joo, making it one of the most coveted addresses in the city.
