Jisoo Discusses Joy, Self-Love, and BLACKPINK’s Comeback in ELLE July Issue
BLACKPINK’s Jisoo is making waves this summer with her stunning feature on the cover of ELLE’s July issue. Radiating warm and romantic vibes, she shines under the midsummer sun in a pictorial that perfectly captures her bright and charming presence.
Alongside the beautiful photos, Jisoo opened up in an interview about the simple things that bring her joy. She shared a slice of everyday life from near her home:
“There’s a playground near my house, and when I open the window, I can hear dogs barking and kids chattering while they play. It makes me smile. I try to enjoy those little moments of peace that come with warm weather. I think I can finally enjoy summer now.” Jisoo

She also touched on the group’s dynamics after a period of focusing on individual projects:
“Since each of us has been working on various individual projects, when we come together, we have more ideas and a wider range of possibilities. By bringing together all of our experiences and strengths, I think we can return even more powerfully as a group.” Jisoo
On a more personal note, when asked what she has loved the longest, Jisoo gave a heartfelt and honest answer about self-love:
“Probably myself. I think I’m my biggest supporter. I always cheer myself on and give myself the most love.” Jisoo
