LE SSERAFIM’s Latest Video Sparks Mixed Responses Over Timing Amid NJZ Court Decision

LE SSERAFIM is facing backlash for a controversial video dropped right after a major court ruling.

On October 30, ADOR won a lawsuit against NJZ (ex-NewJeans) confirming contract validity. NJZ has to cover all legal fees.

Right after the ruling, LE SSERAFIM posted a reel captioned “we’re now in group7” with text saying “how it feels being in group 7.” The clip coincided with their ongoing promotion of “SPAGHETTI.”

Their timing sparked harsh reactions. Netizens called the group “sinister” and accused them of sending a coded message aimed at NJZ and ADOR’s court win.

But not everyone agreed. Some fans defended LE SSERAFIM, explaining the clip was just them following a TikTok trend called Group 7. Many pointed out the videos were likely pre-filmed and scheduled before the court ruling.
