Married Idol Reveals The Unique Training His Wife Had Him Undergo
Kangnam sparked buzz after revealing tough training his Olympic skater wife put him through on BIGBANG’s Daesung’s web show ZIP DAESUNG.
The former M.I.B member, married to speed skater Lee Sang Hwa since 2019, shared a wild story on December 12.
During the show, Kangnam joked about marriage while talking to Daesung, who said he wanted to get married.
“Do you have to?” Kangnam teased.
Then he got serious:
“If you marry an athlete, you have to be prepared for a lot.”
He recalled one shocking episode:
“I was in a car going through Wangsimni when suddenly she told me to get out—right in front of the Han River. When I got out, she said I had to run 15 kilometers to get home.”
He added:
“She said to run, to lose weight. She even took my phone, worried I might take a taxi halfway.”
Daesung looked stunned. Kangnam warned with a laugh:
“Can you live like this? This is married life.”
The clip quickly caught attention for showing how intense Kangnam’s married life is with an athlete. No taxi rides allowed!
Daesung and Kangnam’s banter made for some hilarious moments on the show.
No word yet on how Daesung plans to handle his future wife if he takes Kangnam’s advice seriously.
