NCT’s Jisung Contributes Significant Donation to Pancreatic Cancer Research

NCT’s Jisung made a huge donation to mark his birthday.

The Samsung Seoul Hospital announced on February 5 that Jisung donated ₩250 million KRW (about $171,000 USD).

The money will support pancreatic cancer research.

Samsung Seoul Hospital praised the donation, saying it will help advance research into tough diseases, including personalized medicine for pancreatic cancer.

Jisung shared his thoughts:

“It has been heartbreaking to see patients struggling with hard-to-treat diseases. Though it’s a small help, I hope this donation will aid medical research so that many people can live happy lives free of pain.”

He also thanked fans for making it possible:

“Above all, I was able to participate in this sharing because of the love and support from our fans. I want to give back the love I received from the fans by creating a warmer world together.”

Jisung’s birthday gift is already getting praise for helping cancer research.
