Netflix Star Announces Pregnancy After Heartbreaking Loss
Lee Moon Jung announced her pregnancy with her first daughter on March 6.
The actress posted photos on social media showing her baby bump, dressed in a black dress on the beach. She revealed she is 25 weeks pregnant.
She shared her difficult journey, mentioning two previous miscarriages before this pregnancy.
“We’re incredibly grateful that God blessed our family with the daughter we had hoped for, so Joon and Roy have become big brothers,” Lee Moon Jung said. “My belly has now noticeably grown even to the naked eye, and my body feels much heavier.”
“We had planned for a third child for a long time, but before Gyul, I went through two miscarriages. It was very difficult both physically and emotionally, but when I tried to become pregnant again with the mindset that it would be our last attempt, Gyul came to us.”

Lee Moon Jung also addressed her career break since marriage and childbirth. She appeared last in an episode of Extraordinary Attorney Woo.
“Since getting married and giving birth, it’s unfortunate that I’ve had fewer chances to share updates through my work, but even while carrying Gyul, I feel that my passion for acting is still strong. I hope to greet everyone again with news of a healthy birth and a good role.”

Lee Moon Jung debuted in 2008 and is known for Reply 1988. She married in 2018 and has two sons born in 2020 and 2022.
