NewJeans (NJZ) Danielle’s Quick Reaction to ADOR’s Excessive Lawsuit

Danielle hits back fast after ADOR’s ₩43 billion lawsuit
Danielle from NewJeans is facing a huge legal battle.
The controversy began when ADOR filed a lawsuit against her, her family, and former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin. They are demanding about ₩43.1 billion KRW (roughly $30 million USD) in damages.
Soon after, Danielle appointed a legal rep on December 31 and formally responded by submitting power of attorney to the court.
ADOR had already terminated Danielle’s exclusive contract, saying it’s no longer possible to work with her as a NewJeans member and ADOR artist.
Meanwhile, ADOR confirmed that Haerin, Hyein, and Hanni are returning. Discussions with Minji are ongoing, but Danielle was officially notified of her contract termination.

The case is now with the 31st Civil Division of the Seoul Central District Court. This court is also handling the separate ADOR shares dispute with Min Hee Jin and HYBE.
As the situation heats up, all eyes are on Danielle’s legal move and how this lawsuit shapes the future of NewJeans.
