Reasons D.O. From EXO Made a Special Effort for Kim Woo Bin and Shin Min Ah’s Wedding
D.O. revealed how he squeezed in Kim Woo Bin and Shin Min Ah’s wedding on a hectic awards day.
EXO’s D.O. shared the story during a YouTube video on the 30th, talking about the day of the 2025 Melon Music Awards last December.
That day, D.O. walked the red carpet and was also set to perform on the main stage. But in between, he secretly rushed to attend the wedding of his close friend Kim Woo Bin.
Producer Na Young Seok asked,
“Meanwhile, you even went to a wedding.”
D.O. explained:
“I just went briefly. I almost couldn’t go.”
“I was originally going to go when Woo Bin hyung was getting ready. But it got delayed, and I thought I couldn’t make it. I just gave up on it.”
“But then, after the red carpet and before the main stage, there was just enough time to quickly go and come back. So I went.”
He only stayed for about 10 minutes but said:
“If I hadn’t gone, it would have been a burden on my heart for life.”
