The announcement came on April 5 during the SEVENTEEN World Tour [New_] Encore at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium. Leader S.Coups shared the news directly with fans.

“Thinking that we won’t have a group concert for a while made me reflect on the past 11 years,” S.Coups said.
“I thought it was only right to share this news first with Carats. After deep discussions among the members, we decided all 13 of us would renew our contracts together.”

Fans at the venue erupted in cheers upon hearing the contract renewal. S.Coups bowed and thanked the fans with this message:

“We will row hard together in the same boat and move forward. Thank you.”

This marks SEVENTEEN’s second full-group contract renewal since their 2015 debut under Pledis Entertainment. After wrapping up their world tour that began last September, SEVENTEEN will reunite with fans again at the 2026 SEVENTEEN 10th Fan Meeting – SEVENTEEN in Caratland on June 20 and 21, also at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium.
