Seventeen Members and Other Idols Linked to “Injection Auntie” Resurface Amid Ongoing Scandal

SEVENTEEN members are caught up again in the infamous “Injection Auntie” scandal.

The controversy began when Garo Sero Research Institute shared a photo of SEVENTEEN’s D.K with the woman known as the “Injection Auntie” backstage. She was also pictured with presumed family members. Reports say Jeonghan communicated with her via Telegram, asking about what kind of gift her daughter wanted.

This “Injection Auntie” has claimed she “sponsored” Pledis artists and posted about receiving a birthday cake from SEVENTEEN along with signed albums from NU’EST featuring S.Coups, Dino, and SHINee’s Key and Minho.

She posted about the backlash she received after sharing a birthday celebration with a SEVENTEEN member:

“On my birthday, I ate a meal with a SEVENTEEN member—
a meal I paid for myself with my own money.
The only birthday gift I received from the kids was a single Paris Baguette cake.
But just because one photo and one video of that were shared,
I was flooded with malicious DMs from countless people all over the world.
I was completely destroyed and shattered by it all.
Even though everything was already over and done with, the agency never once issued a statement or even made a single phone call.
Wow—
what’s worse is that everyone at PLEDIS suddenly stopped responding altogether.
To think I supported and sponsored a company like this for years…
My sense of betrayal reached its peak.
(As a result, I even developed stress-induced panic disorder.)”

She also showed gifts from NU’EST W and mentioned multiple idols:

“NU’EST W released an album, so they gave me a CD.
Kyungsoo, Mingyu, Coups, Dino—you know noona likes SEVENTEEN, right?
Uh… Key, Minho—you know noona likes SHINee too, right?
Uh… um… um…
Ah… there are just too many…
Why does it always feel so awkward every time I get a CD?”

Comments defending SEVENTEEN say the ties were only tied to aesthetic procedures and ended six years ago. Fans believe the “Injection Auntie” was cut off long ago after backlash for flaunting connections.

As the situation unfolds, netizens predict more idols might get dragged into the growing scandal. The “Injection Auntie” has kept a low profile but could reveal more names if pressured.
