“Single’s Inferno” Star Cha Hyun Seung Faces Challenges With Leukemia Bone Marrow Examination

Cha Hyun Seung is opening up about his painful bone marrow test amid his leukemia battle.
The dancer and actor shared a raw video on his YouTube channel on the 20th titled “I really hate bone marrow tests.” He showed himself going in for another bone marrow test, hoping “this is the last one.”
After the test, Cha Hyun Seung did not hold back about the pain:
“It was the most painful ever. Now I have to keep pressure on for 4 to 6 hours. Just don’t go to the bathroom.” — Cha Hyun Seung
He went on to describe how the pain struck even after the anesthesia wore off:
“The anesthesia wore off and the spot where they took the marrow hurts, so I tried to sleep, but I woke up from the pain. It hurts so much. My leg even feels numb.” — Cha Hyun Seung
The results are expected on the 22nd. Cha Hyun Seung shared his feelings about the tough year fighting leukemia:
“We’re waiting for the bone marrow test results on the 22nd. I’m thinking this might be the end. I’ve just been in the hospital this year. I’m starting to feel like I want to get back to my normal life. That makes me anxious sometimes. I even applied for auditions for short films and independent films.” — Cha Hyun Seung
He expressed hope and confidence for a comeback:
“This time, I believe in it. I have confidence and a good feeling that I’m cured.” — Cha Hyun Seung
