Son of Leading K-Drama Actor Draws Attention for Resembling BTS’s Jin

Yoo Hee Dong, son of actor Yoo Tae Woong, is already stealing the spotlight on My Child’s Romance 2 — and it’s all because of his looks.
The controversy started the moment he walked into the house during the cast’s first meeting. His tall frame and looks had everyone stunned — contestants and parents alike. Panelists even guessed he could be a model.
One star parent, Choi Jae Won, said he looked like BTS’s Jin.
“He looked like BTS Jin,” Choi Jae Won said.
Viewers quickly noticed his clean features and sharp proportions, drawing instant comparisons to the global superstar.
His arrival shook things up among contestants. Female cast members fixed their hair nervously. Some admired his height and style out loud.

Two contestants said he was “so obviously handsome” it shocked them. Another said he would be very popular in the house.
The male contestants joked about feeling smaller standing next to him.
He also came with a first-impression gift — a bouquet — sparking curiosity about who caught his eye first.
The newcomer is Yoo Hee Dong, born in 2006, the second son of veteran actor Yoo Tae Woong (Rustic Period, Military Prosecutor Doberman). Standing at 197 cm (6’6”), he’s also a pitcher on Korea University’s baseball team.

Viewers are already predicting Yoo Hee Dong will be one of My Child’s Romance 2’s biggest stars — thanks to his looks, height, and star pedigree.
