Tayla Parx Releases ‘Era’ Remix Featuring Nayeon of TWICE

Singer and songwriter Tayla Parx has reconnected with the K-pop world through a fresh collaboration with Nayeon of TWICE. The two teamed up for a remix version of "Era," a song originally released earlier in 2024.

Tayla, known for her impressive work co-writing hits like Ariana Grande’s "Thank u, next" and "7 Rings," first made a mark with TWICE by co-writing their track "Wallflower" a few years back. This earlier connection led to her meeting Nayeon in person this January, where their conversation naturally sparked the idea for this new collaboration.

"A few years ago, I co-wrote ‘Wallflower’ for TWICE. I was able to reconnect with the TWICE team after that and met Nayeon in person in January of this year. This collaboration came about naturally after we chatted." Tayla Parx

Adding to the project’s vibe, Tayla praised Nayeon’s artistic skills and how her vocals brought new life to the song:

"Nayeon is an artist with impressive instincts and expression. Her vocals added beautiful colors to ‘Era’ and created a fresh and upbeat track that goes well with summer." Tayla Parx

Looking ahead, TWICE is set to return with their fourth full album, This Is For, dropping on July 11. The group also has a major performance lined up as a headliner at the popular Lollapalooza Chicago festival in August, which shows how much momentum they’re carrying this year.

This new remix between Tayla and Nayeon is a neat example of how K-pop continues to blend with global talents, creating fresh sounds fans can enjoy all summer long.
