On the “slow aging” expert’s channel, Zion. T shared how the crash after performances hit hard. When asked if he felt depressed or emotionally crashed after the stage, he confirmed he did.

He even had to go to extremes just to cope before going on stage.

“When I was younger, I experienced things like that. I sometimes even heard hallucinations and had mild panic episodes.”

His solution? Blocking out all outside noise.

“I started putting on headphones and cutting off outside noise, doing absolutely nothing right up until the moment before going on stage—just listening to quiet jazz or similar music.”

Dr. Jung, who also battles similar symptoms, sympathized with him.

Zion. T also mentioned another unusual method — half-body baths.

“While draining the water, I submerge myself and hold my breath. I try to hold it until the water is completely gone. When I finally exhale and breathe again, it feels like being born again,”
