TWICE Member Purchases Multi-Million Dollar Luxury Home in Prestigious Area

TWICE’s Momo just dropped nearly $3M USD on a luxury villa in one of Korea’s poshest areas.

Real estate data shows Momo bought a unit in the “Arcadia Signature” complex in Achiu Village, Guri City, right outside Seoul. The deal was signed on October 23, and she paid ₩4.27 billion KRW ($2.99 million USD) all in cash.

The Arcadia Signature complex is exclusive. It has eight residences: two penthouses and six villas. Finished in 2023, it draws Korea’s top stars like Han So Hee, Nana, Hyun Bin, Son Ye Jin, Park Jin Young, and Oh Yeon Seo.

Momo’s villa features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a study, private garden, plus views of the Han River and Achasan Mountain. Residents get private gym access and lounge space. The complex also boasts a secure entry system letting residents come and go without public exposure.
