TWICE Sana’s Troubling Appearance on Stage Concerns Fans

TWICE is facing concern after a video of Sana on stage went viral.

The group is in the middle of their This Is For world tour with 78 concerts planned through June 2026. The tour started in Seoul and will end in London.

After the Philadelphia show, fans noticed Sana looking weak on stage. Videos show her swaying, breathing heavily, and closing her eyes as if trying to control her breath.

This isn’t the first time health issues hit TWICE during the tour. Members Jeongyeon, Dahyun, and Chaeyoung have missed shows due to health problems.

Mina sat out the Philadelphia concert because of a “poor health condition.”

The busy tour schedule has fans worried. Members are performing multiple shows across continents with very short breaks.
