TWICE’s “Conservative” Wardrobe Switch at Recent Concert Ignites Discussion
TWICE is facing controversy after changing their outfits during their Malaysia concert.
The group’s October 25 performance at Kuala Lumpur’s National Hockey Stadium included altered “cow-print” outfits. Fans noticed skin-colored fabric was added to cover cleavage and stomach areas, unlike previous versions of the outfits.
The change sparked debate online.
Malaysia is a Muslim-majority country with conservative dress codes aligned with Islamic values. Many saw the outfit modifications as a respectful nod to local customs.
