In the interview, Choo Young Woo said:

Choo Young Woo: These days, I really think I need to live more properly, and I hardly go outside at all. It just happened naturally, and my friends kindly come over to visit. Lately, I’ve been really into cooking—making meals for three to four people to share with friends, or packing them into lunchboxes for the staff and holding little tasting sessions.

When asked if this caution was due to his past controversies, he added:

Choo Young Woo: That’s part of it. And because I receive so much attention and love, if I make a mistake, people could be even more disappointed. My fans would struggle more, and there are many people who’ve helped me. Even aside from that, I like being at home. I feel at ease, and honestly, something could happen if I go out.

The actor’s vague comment about “something could happen if I go out” didn’t sit well online.
