ADIOR’s Sudden NewJeans “Switch Up” Revealed by Former HYBE Staff

Elly Chae Eun calls out ADOR’s sudden 180 after NewJeans court ruling
Elly Chae Eun, ex-HYBE employee who left in 2017, stirred up heat online after speaking on NewJeans member Danielle’s contract termination.
The controversy started when Elly shared on Threads that ADOR, HYBE’s sub-label, completely flipped its attitude after the recent court ruled NewJeans’ contracts valid until 2029.
She said ADOR’s approach changed a full “360 degrees” — from cooperative to cold.
“They said everything would be resolved once they returned, but after the [court] ruling, their attitude completely flipped 360 degrees.
It’s really shady, cruel, and low.
What I went through was nothing compared to this.
It’s so unfortunate.”

Elly hinted that ADOR’s shift came right after the court decision worked in their favor.
On December 29, ADOR confirmed Danielle’s contract termination. They explained Danielle had signed a new contract on her own, violating the original agreement.

In that same statement, ADOR said Hanni rejoined with members Haerin and Hyein. But Minji’s contract status is still up in the air.

Monitoring this situation as it develops.
