Caught Engaging With Controversial Content While In Underwear — Korean Actor Exposed

Mo Geon Hu is facing controversy for liking a highly sensitive comment under a video about North Korea’s “pleasure squad” victims.
The controversy began after fans noticed Mo Geon Hu liked a comment saying “I really envy the North Korean elite” on a video where victims spoke about the brutal abuses they suffered.
The video titled “When you join North Korea’s pleasure squad, they really strip you, down to your underwear,” features a victim saying, “I was brainwashed to believe that harm would come if I didn’t undress. Looking back now, it’s very shameful.”
Soon after the backlash, Mo Geon Hu posted an apology on July 3rd. He called the like a “mechanical mistake” and said he removed it as soon as he realized.
Mo Geon Hu:
“I sincerely apologize for causing concern to many people due to my social media activity.”
“The ‘like’ on the problematic comment occurred because I happened to come across the comment while browsing and accidentally tapped it—a mechanical mistake. Due to my work schedule and personal matters, I realized this fact late. Upon realizing it, I immediately removed the ‘like’ and cleaned up the comment section.”
“Regardless of the reason, I deeply regret causing a major misunderstanding and discomfort and disappointment to many due to my lack of careful social media management.”
“I want to clearly state that malicious interpretations or rumors spreading online are completely unrelated to my usual values or thoughts. It was purely a mistake. Although unintentional, I bow my head in apology once again to those who were hurt by my carelessness.”
“From now on, I will be a more careful and responsible person.”
As the situation unfolds, Mo Geon Hu is under scrutiny for this social media mishap. No further comment has been made.
