A Highly Acclaimed K-Drama Is Finally Receiving Its Exceptional Sequel

Extraordinary Attorney Woo Season 2 is finally moving forward after years of delay.

The popular 2022 K-Drama, which follows a genius attorney on the Autism spectrum, hit a high viewership rating of 17.5% in its finale, making it ENA’s top-rated drama ever. Fans have been waiting for a sequel since the production company Acetory confirmed it back in 2022.

Four years later, Season 2 hadn’t started. Back in 2023, ENA began preparations and signed Season 1’s writer, Moon Ji Won, but production stalled during the “developmental stage” due to various issues.

Now, reports from January 29 say pre-production is officially underway. Moon Ji Won is writing the script, and insiders say the project is moving normally, hinting the problems have been fixed.

No release date yet, but the announcement sparked excitement among fans who have been eagerly waiting.
