TWICE’s Nayeon Identifies Which Members Are “Alpha” Women

Nayeon stirs buzz naming TWICE’s “alpha” girls on livestream.
She dropped the term “Teto” (Testosterone) vs “Egen” (Estrogen) — a popular Korean slang to describe two opposite personalities. Teto women are bold, strong, and dominant. Egen women give soft, gentle vibes.
Nayeon picked Jihyo and Momo as the Teto girls of TWICE.

“Teto” (테토) vs “Egen” (에겐) is a Korean internet slang concept that describes two opposite “vibes” or personality types in someone. Teto (derived from the word Testosterone) women give off a more bold, strong, dominant, or traditionally “masculine” energy, while Egen (Estrogen) women give off soft, gentle, traditionally “feminine” energy. The same concept can also be applied to men.

The others — Sana, Chaeyoung, Dahyun, Jeongyeon, Mina, and Tzuyu — are Egen girls.
Nayeon didn’t put herself in either category.
